Potato Kofta With Tuna is one delicious finger food for me and it's the best to pair with a yummy dip like mayonnaise and with any drink ob course, this will truly bring your appetite.

Ingredients:
- 3 large potatoes, boiled until soft
- 1 teaspoon black pepper, powder
- 1 handful of fresh chopped parsley
- 1 teaspoon iodize salt
- 1 large canned tuna
- 3 pcs eggs (for dipping)
- 1 pc egg (for mixing)
- bread crumbs
- cooking oil (vegetable oil preferred)
Procedure:
- Boil and mash potatoes in one big bowl.
- Add 1 egg (egg yolk only), black pepper, parsley, salt, and tuna. Mix all
- Form kofta into a size of ping-pong balls then flattened just a bit to make a bulky like burger patties.
- Dip into beaten eggs
- Sprinkle with bread crumbs
- Deep fry until golden brown
- Serve and enjoy with a dip of any choice.
