Cassava Tops In Coconut Milk




Cassava leaves or cassava tops are also eaten not only the root crops, but we cooked it in coconut milk and best taste with grilled fish. This is also one of our survival food because Bicol is a favorite way by typhoon. Bellow is the ingredients used in this recipe:

Ingredients:
A bunch of Cassava Tops
5 cloves garlic
2 medium-sized onions
2 pcs. green chili
1 sachet seasoning granules
1 shrimp cube
1 ½ tablespoon shrimp paste
5 cups of coconut cream (kakang gata)
1 large grilled fish (tilapia or any kind)
