- ¼ kilogram pound ground pork
- 1 green chili pepper, chopped
- 1 sachet seasoning granule
- 1 teaspoon ground pepper
- 5 tablespoon fish sauce
- 100ml vegetable oil
- 4 pcs bay leaves
- 100ml vinegar
- Anato Powder (optional)
