- 5 stalks celery (minced)
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 pork seasoning cube

- ½ to ¾ cups of water
- ¼ cup or 3tbps oyster sauce
- 1 small-sized carrot
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
Note: Pork is marinated with 3 tablespoons of soy sauce and 1 teaspoon of ground black pepper in 15 to 20 minutes.
