Ginisang Corned Beef


I'ts easy to cook caned goods specially corned beef, the only difficult thing here is how to open the can. Another Simpleng Luto recipe for a simple Pinoy taste.

Ingredients:
Can Corned Beef
Small Onion, Chopped
Garlic, Minced
1 potato, diced
water
salt (optional)
cooking oil

Procedure:
1. Heat oil in a frying-pan and fry the diced potato. Set aside.
2. Saute the garlic and onion.
3. Add the fried potato.
4. Then the corned beef. Stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
5. Add small amount of water
6. Add salt to taste.
7. Serve with steamed rice.
