There are several versions of Kare-Kare and the main difference between each has to do with the meat ingredient. The traditional one used is the oxtail, also beef tripe can be used in this recipe as we did in this video. This recipe can also be prepared for occasions like weddings, birthdays etc. And never forget to add its partner anchovies before serving. This dish is not perfect without it.
