BUTTERED CAULIFLOWER

 



Another simple recipe that you will definitely love. And the main star for this recipe is the cauliflower, I like it because of the unique taste of it. Saute, or use it as an additional ingredient to other dishes like chopsuey, etc. Even if it’s a simple dish, I think it will be mouth-watering on our table. So let's cook this recipe.

Ingredients:

Cauliflower
Carrot
Bell pepper
Garlic 
Onion
Butter
Fish sauce
Evaporated milk
Ground pepper
Seasoning
Sausage (optional)
Tuna in can
Spring onion

Instructions:

1. In a wok, melt butter and saute garlic and pepper.
2. Add the carrots and cook about a minute, add cauliflower together with the bell pepper, stir cook for a few minutes.
3. Add in sausage and the tuna in can and add about 2 tbps of fish sauce then mix well.
4. Sprinkle with ground peppers and seasoning granules, stir.
5. Pour the evaporated milk and mix. Taste, add fish sauce if necessary depends on your taste buds.
6. Sprinkle with some spring onions, cook for 1 to 2 minutes and serve.
