Vegetable Menudo | Absolutely No Meat



Yes! you read it correctly, there is no meat at all. So if you are looking for something vegan but in a meaty looking dish you may try this recipe for yourself. All veggies and healthy recipes cooked by our very own Gulay Nation. Here is the ingredients:

Ingredients: 2 canned mushroom 200g 4 cloves garlic, minced 2 pcs potatoes, cubed 1 regular-sized carrot ½ tsp black pepper ¼ cup green peas 1 big white onion 2 tbsp soy sauce 4 tomatoes, ripe 3 pcs kalamansi 2 tbsp peanuts anatto powder 1 bell pepper salt
