Ingredients
1/2 - 1kg Pork Tenderloin sliced
2 Pieces Onion thinly sliced
6 Cloves garlic minced
2 Piece red pepper minced
10-20 Pieces Red Chili (whole do not slice nor chop)
1/4 Cup Oyster Sauce
1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
1 tsp Sugar
1 Tablespoon Black Peppercorns
1 Tablespoon Sugar
1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
1 Tablespoon Sugarcane Vinegar
1/4 Cup Spring Onions chopped
1 Egg
1 Tablespoon Corn Starch
1/2 Cup Water
Vegetable Oil (for deep frying)
Instructions
Put pork in a bowl add soy sauce, black pepper, sugar, egg yolk, corn starch, cooking oil, then mix well.
Heat oil in a wok, Deep Fry the mixed tenderloin and wait until slightly brown and set aside
In a wok, Saute garlic, onion, minced red chili and the whole chilies.
Add 1/2 cup water, oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, Sugarcane vinegar.
Pour in fried loin and green onions.
Add cornstarch (dissolved in water)
Stir until mixed well serve with steamed rice and enjoy!
